REVOLT IN MOROCCO.
TRIBESMEN SURROUNDED. RING OF SPANISH POSTS. Times. LONDON* Jan. 27. The Tangier correspondent of the Times reports that the Spanish forces appear to have effectively countered the Anjera revolt. They have succeeded in establishing a chain of posts which have isolated the Tangier zone from Anjera tribe. The tribesmen are now surrounded by posts, except along the Straits, which the Spanish are carefully patrolling to. prevent the smuggling of arms and supplies.
