A night-watchman and a policeman found three bulky parcels in different thoroughfares, each containing dismembered portions of a man's body, the right thigh and head being missing. Tho man was apparently under thirty years of age, and well built, his hands being soft and white. The dismemberment had been done in the mos* skilful manner.
