The New Zealand Meat Producers' Board advises that the following prices were being offered on December 18:—Auckland prime woolly lambs, 421b and under, lid; 431b and over, lOJd; second quality lambs, 10 id. Hawke's Bay wethers. 641b and under, 8d; prime woolly lambs, 421b and under. 12d; 431b and over. 11 Id; second Quality lambs, lljd. Prime ox beef, 30sper 1001b; good cow beef, 23s per 1001b. Wellington prime wethers, 561b and under, BJd; 571b to 641b, 8d; 651b to 721b. 7Jd; 731b and over, 6d; prime woolly lambs, 421b and under, 12d; 431b and over. Hid; second quality lambs, Hid. PROPERTY SALES. Mr. C. F. Bennett will offer for snlo by auction at his rooms, N.Z. Insurance Buildings at 12 noon, to-day, under conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, a property situated at the corner of St. Luke's Road and Taylor's Road, Mt. Albert. The house consists of 5-roomed bungalow and conveniences, motor garage and man's room on section approx. 1 rood 12.1 perches, comprising 3 level sections, the house being erected on the middle section.
