HOTEL LICENSE TRANSFER.
BAY VIEW AT THAMES. NEW PREMISES TO BE BUILT. [BV TBLEGRArH. —OWN COI.aiISPONDEST. ] THAMES. Friday. A special sitting of the Thames Licensing Bench was hold to-day, at which tho application of Mr. Lillyman for a temporary transfer of the Bay Viow Hotel license was considered. The case was adjourned from '.ast quarterly mooting pending a certificate of competency being obtained by the applicant. This was granted to-day, and tho transfer of the license was agreed to on tho understanding that a new house, according to approved plans, was erected.
