MOUNT KEMBLA STRIKE.
CHARGE AGAINST MINERS.
A VERDICT OF GUILTY*
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, RcccL 12.35 a.m.) SYDNEY. Dec. 17. In tho Industrial Court to-day, Judge Rolin delivered judgment in the case in which Samuel Craig, a minor, was called upon with othor miners to show cause why they should not be penalised for aiding in an illegal strike at the Mount Kembla colliery,. Hig Honor found Craig guilty of default In public duty.
Tho Judge said that when strikes reached the pitch to which they had been brought in Australia 4 it became a question for tho community to say whether such a state of things was to be allowed to continue. He deferred the question of a penalty until other cases had been heard.
