DELEGATES TO SOVIET.
BRITISH LABOUR MEN ADDRESSES FROM BOLSHEVIKS. (Received 11.35 p.m.) Reuter. LONDON. Dec. 16. A message from Moscow states that the British Trades Union delegates headed by Mr. A. A. Purcell, have left Petrograd for England. Prior to their departure they were presented with addresses from the headquarters of the Soviet Unions. These expressed the hope for an early attainment of the unity of the Labour movement.
The British Parliamentary Labour Party has decided not to admit to its membership Mr. S. Saklatvala, Communist member for Battersea.
