The second series of streets carnival nights in connection with tho Ponsonby Boys' Brass Band Queen Carnival will b8 held in Ponsonby to-morrow evening. If carried out on the scale of the previous carnival, it should be fully appreciated by residents. The surprise packet distribution will,bo continued. Fun will be in plenty lor young and old by ■ and concerts, musical entertainers, sideshows and brilliantly-decorated streets-
