At a meeting of the general committee of the Manawatu A. and I'. Association, the chairman made a brief report on the financial outcome of the recent Royal Show. He said he thought matters were not yet finalised with the Royal Society. Ho far as could be ascertained, the profit was i*234, to which would be added, possibly, £70. " Seeing wc were taking oil something never before attempted in the Dominion, the position is very good," said the chairman.
