A message from Reval stat<?s that the Esfchonian Government) has decided to outlaw all individuals identifying themselves with the platform of the Third International. The Communist rebels are causing the Government great anxiety owing to fears of a Russian invasion.
General Kouro shot many soldiers at Narva for refusing .to obey orders. He has issued a proclamation stating that he will not hesitate to shoot one in every ten of the population if Narva does not assume its normal aspect.
Esthonian troops trapped a large party of Communist rebels who were under Russian leadership. They sent fchcra to Reval to be tried by courtmartial.
