The Maungarmi is duo at Wellington from San Francisco on December 22 with a large quantity of English and American mail for New Zealand. OUTGOING. Outgoing mails for overseas ports close at Auckland us- under:— To-day Fanning Island, per Waiolapu, from Wellington, at 7 p.m.; late fee, 7 p.m. to-morrow, railway station box. Friday.
