PROPOSED VISIT WELCOMED.
A. and N.Z. BUENOS AIRES. Dec. 10. The announcement from London that King George, in his speech to Parliament, mentioned that he had accepted the invitation of Dr. Marcello T. do Alvear, President of the Argentine Republic, for the Prince of Wales to visit Argentina, was the first intimation received here that the invitation had been issued.- • '-, -The news has not only created a sensation—rit is most agreeablo surprise.
