JURY DISAGREES.
NEW TRIAL ORDERED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NEW PLYMOUTH. Thursday. The jury disagreed with regard to the indictment of Herman .Arthur Lewi Harm, alias Arthur Rowland Taylor, whose trial on a charge of unlawful carnal knowledge was completed in the Supreme Court. A new trial next session was ordered, accused being granted bail.
