BUILDING PROSECUTION.
In connection with the prosecution for a breach of a building by-law. heard in the Police Court on Wednesday. Mir defendant was Charles Oldbury Mr, Thomas Wilson Scott was informant, bringing the case on behalf of the Tamnki Road Board, for which he is building inspector.
