SUCCESSFUL FIRST MEETING.

The first meeting of the Rotorua Luncheon Club took place to-day. It was attended by a representative body of citizens. Mr. C. E. Statham, Speaker of the Houso of Representatives, gave an address on Parliamentary matters and procedure, his remarks being of a humorous, educative, and instructive nature.
