THE ARBITRATION COURT.
BUSINESS IX AUCKLAND.
SITTING OPENS ON MONDAY.
The Arbitration Court will open its Auckland sitting at the Supreme Court on Monday, Mr. Justice Frazer presiding, with Messrs. W. Scott and H. Hunter, as assessors for the employers and workers respectively. The Court will deal with industrial disputes, compensation cases and applications under the Apprenticeship Act. 1923. It is expected that the sitting will close before Christmas.
