THE SAMOAN FAIPULES.
VISITING THE WAIKATO. INSPECTION OF FACTORIES. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] HAMILTON. Wednesday.
The party of seven Samoan Faipules, accompanied by Mr. J. D. Gray, UnderSecretary for External Affairs, and three interpreters, was met on the arrival of the Rotorua express at Morrinsville tc| day by Mr. A. J. Heighway, representing the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd* The visitors were entertained to luncheon, and the Mayor, Mr. G. Howie, welcomed them on behalf of the residents of Morrinsville. The Faipules were afterwards taken to Waitoa, and were shown over the dried milk and butter factories. After afternoon tea at Waitoa they came on to Hamilton. Tho weather was very wet, and considerably marred the outing. To-morrow the visitors will be shown over the New Zealand Dairy Company's factory at Frankton and the Ruakura Experimental Farm.
