AUSTRALIAN . ATTITUDE. NOT LIKELY TO JOIN IN. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE. Dec. 3 111 answer to a question as to whether Australia is likely, to join in the commercial treaty which has been concluded between Britain and Germany, the Prime Minister, Mr. S. M. Bruce, replied in the negative.
