MINE MANAGERS' REPORTS.
Moanataiari.—Cambria Reef: The drive has been advanced 4ft., making a total of 203 ft. The reef iB in good country and is carrying a fair amount of mineral. Caledonia Reef: The drive ha 3 been advanced lOt't., making a total of 278 ft. The reef is wider than the drive with no walls exposed. The quartz is very hard and heavily mineralised, carrying a largo amount of iron pyrites, and a little copper pyrites. Reo£ in rise: The drive has been advanced 6ft., making a total of 34ft. Tho reef is as wide as the drive and looks very promising, carrying iron and copper pyrites and zinc blend. A few nice colours of gold were seen in the stone on Thursday. The country rock has been of a fairly hard nature, but now it is a little milder.
