RETAIL WINE LICENSE.
A TRANSFER GRANTED.
The adjourned hearing of an application for a transfer of a retail wine license from J. F. Best to F. L. Uaughio came before the Auckland Licensing Committee yesterday, Mr. E. C. Cutter:. S.M., presiding. ■ Mr. Leary appeared for the applicants. The committee indicated that tho licensee, and the licensee only, was tho proper person to have control. The application was granted on this understanding.
