WELLINGTON Saturday.
The Now Zealand Licensing Reform Association passed the following motion: " That this meeting expresses its keen disappointment that legislation for the reform of the licensing system has not hpon finally dealt with during the session jus£ closed, but, realising the difficulties of the position, created during the last few days of Parliament, it now strongly that licensing legislation be made the first business of next session."
