SALVATION ARMY SCHEME.
(Received 7.5 p.m.) Reuter. TORONTO. Oct. 10. In the course of an interview General Wf Bramweli Booth, head of the Salvation Army, said he was considering the advisability of inaugurating a system of farm training for youths between the ages of 18 and 20 years. He said he thought that if he found the money to set such a. scheme on foot Canada ought to give the youth* free passages. It would bring the Dominion the right kind of settler, for the Salvation Army authorities had the 4 courage to say " No " to unsuitable applicants. Canada would bo greatly the gainer by his scheme..
