SHARING AUSTRALIAN LOSS.

Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 10.0 p.m.) LONDON. Sept. 12. Negotiations have been in progress for some time between the Empire Exhibition authorities and th<i Australian Commission for the continuance of the exhibition in 1925. It is understood the authorities are prepared to bear a substantial proportion* of any loss incurred by Australia. It is understood the commission recommended that the exhibition be continued during 1925, provided the Imperial authorities contribute 60 per cent, of the Australian expenses. The revised expenditure has been fixed at £90,000, of which £10,000 will be devoted to advertising. _____________
