SUDDEN DEATH IN HOTEL.
EVIDENCE AT INQUEST.
DECEASED RECENTLY INSURED.

A, Young, coroner, to-day, concerning the death of Arthur Campbell Pryde, aged 43 years, commercial traveller, of Dunedin, -who died at the Frankton Junction Hotel on Tuesday morning while at breakfast, medical evidence was given that deceased's heart was found to be enlarged and in a dangerous condition. A barman at the hotel stated that while at breakfant deceased suddenly and quietly collapsed and died. ~ Tho,coroner returned a verdict that deceased died of asphyxiation, caused by the, impaction of food in the larynx. Deceased's widow and son, and the Queensland Insurance Company, with whom deceased had recently insured himself for a considerable stim, were represented by counsel.
