FALL DOWN SHIP'S HOLD.
DEATH DUE TO HEMORRHAGE.
Tho inquest concerning the death of Mr. Charles Edwin Couzens, who sustained fatal injuries through falling down the hold of the Tofua on July 9, was resumed yesterday, before the coroner, Mr. J. W. Poynton, S.M. Dr. W. Gilmour, pathologist to the Auckland Hospital, deposed that a postjuortem disclosed that deceased had sustained fractures'* to the skull and ribs, death was due to cerebral hemorrhage. The coroner reserved his verdict pending the completion of photographs of the scene of tho accident.
