THE WHANGAREI PROPOSAL.

APPROVAL BY MINISTER.

Approval of a suggestion that a Junior High School be established at Whangarei in association with the District High School was expressed in a memorandum from the Minister for Education received by tho Education Board yesterday. It was stated that the regulations would probably be amended to provide for the two schools to work in conjunction. A letter was also received from the Mannu School Committee approving of tho proposal.
