THIEF FITS HIMSELF OUT. A TAILOR'S AND BOOTMAKER'S. fBY 03r.BOR.VPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] PAEEOA. Tuesday. / Two impertinent thefts were per- v ; petrated in Paeroa last evening. Some time during the night some per- ■■/-■■ eon broke the back windows of adjoining shops occupied by Mr. .7. T. Wright, booU; maker, and Mr. E. V. Slyfield, mercer. ~ In the latter shop the visitor evidently ,' took great pains to., fit himself out with a ■ new suit. Numerous suits and overcoats had been taken into a back room and tried on, but only one suit is missing. Other articles taken, however, include an overcoat, a, hat, socks, braces, tie, handkerchief and cardigan. Numerous boxes '' had been opened and the .contents ex- - amined. No cash was taken. Only one pair of boots is missing from ,\- the bootahop, but the thief evidently tried on several pairs before he suited *? himself;
