SHOOTING ACCIENT.
YOUTH'S EYE INJURED. STRUCK BY RICOCHET. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CARTEBTON. Tuesday. A youth named' Jack Farfeita, aged 17, was out shooting with a party on Sunday, when a companion jfired at a rabbit. The pellets struck a stone and rioochetted, one entering Farfeita's eye. The lad was brought to a doctor, who sent him to a specialist in Wellington on Monday. It is feared the lad will lose his eye. Farfeita was on holiday from Ekeiahuiia and was staying with friends.
