TO VISIT SOUTH AFRICA.
PARLIAMENTARY DELEGATES. SELECTIONS AIWOUNCED. TO LEAVE ON FRIDAY. [BX TELEGRAPH. —SEECUL BEPOBTEB-J WELLINGTON. Tuesday. The four members of Parliament -who are to visit South Africa, at the invitation of the South African branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association, are the Hon. A. F. Hawke, of Invercargill, representing the Legislative Council, Sir John Luke (Wellington North), Mr. J. Horn (Wakatiptt), and Mr. E. J._ Howard (Christchurch South), representing the Reform, Liberal, and Labour Parties in the Hous« of Representatives. Each will be allowed permanent pairs while absent. The delegation, will leave for Australia on Friday by the Maheno. On their arrival at Sydney they will connect with the steamer Euripides, which is scheduled to sail from Sydney on Sunday, July 27. They will be absent for about two months.
