AUCKLAND STOCK EXCHANGE.

General inquiry for investment stocks was maintained on the Auckland sharemarket on Saturday., Quotations for Government securities remained unchanged. In banks holders of Nationals of Nevr Zealand dropped from £6 14s to £6 13s, while inquiry for New South Wales rose from £40 7s 6d to £40 10s, Buyers of Unions of Australia receded 2s 6d to £15 without response. In insurances there was a sale of South British at 40s 6d. Buyers of New Zealands dropped from 29s lOd on the previous day to 29s 6d. In miscellaneous lines quotations were at about the same figures. In mining inquiry for Waihi was at 29s 4d, compared with 203 6a tho previous diy. Waihi Grand Junctions were unchanged. The following sale took place:—South British Insurance, 40s fid.
