CHINESE PREMIERSHIP.
PARLIAMENT TO VOTE. (Received 8.5 p.m.) Reuter. PEKING. July 7. The President has submitted Mr. Wy Ven's name to Parliament as permanent Premier. Voting on the matter may be carried out on Tuesday, but it will be necessary for Parliament to first hold an informal discussion, which may delay the official vefca.
