THE CUSTOMS REVENUE.

INCREASES AT ALL PORTS. AUCKLAND'S HUGE FIGURES WELLINGTON COMES SECOND. DETAILS AND COMPARISONS. [BY ; IELEGEAPi— COSaESPONDEXr.] WELLINGTON, Sunday, v The customs duties for the { financial year lately closed, which exceeded the previous year's total by nearly £1,250,000, are now furnished in detail, showing the amounts received from the different; heads of the tariff and collected at the main ports. The increase was due chiefly to the expansion of imports of apparel, cotton and woollen piece goods, and motor vehicles.
