NECESSITY OF certificate, [ax TEtEOEAPH.— CORRESPONDENT.] , ";', MORRINSVILLE, Sunday. • A sequel to an accident at Tahuna, in which a woman's hair was caught in tile belting [of an ;'/ engine, was heard at the Morrinsvillo Court, : when ':'.- Barnett and Barnett, farmers, were charged that they used machinery for which a certificate had .not.'been issued 1 according to the require.ments : of ; section 33 of the Inspection of ; Machinery 'Act.
