LETTER DELIVERIES.
Sir,—l would like to call attention t«i the long round which some of our letter-* ." carriers seem to have. Doubtless, owing ; to the penny postage, more. letters are postedj but are there any more carriers . to deliver them ? If not, that msiy be one reason for the late hour at which our mail is delivered.. Surely some better arrangement can be made so that Remuera 5 residents within a few minutes of New-i market may have their letters before ll* 11.30, or 12 o'clock, which latter was the hour on. Wednesday. It makes on© wonder if it is the morning or afternoon delivery. • * Mr. Hobsox.
