MEMBER LOSES SEAT.
; BRITISH PARLIAMENT. AGENT'S ACTS OF FRAUD. Sun. _' LONDON. May 14. Mr. Frank Gray, Liberal member for Oxford, has been unseated because more than the permitted maximum was expended on his election campaign. < Mr. .Justice Sankey, in his judgment, said that Mr. Gray left the Court .without a stain on his character, but that his agent, Johnstone, was guilty of fraud and corrupt practices. Mr. Gray had only himself to blame because he trusted the running of the election to Johnstone, who was in a state of abysmal ignorance in regard to the election law. ." '«
