UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.
THREE YEARS' SEPARATION.
An undefended divorce case was heard at the Supreme Court by Mr. Justice Herdman yesterday. Stanley U. Johnson (Mr. Biernacki), petitioned for dissolution of his marriage with Jane A. Johnson, on the ground of three years' separation. His Honor granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months.
