QUEENSLAND POLICE.
AIRING THEIR GRIEVANCES.
RESISTANCE BY THE STATE.
A. and N.Z. BRISBANE, May 14. If the police carry out their declared intention of holding ja procession and marching to the Home Secretary's office to state their grievances, he will refune to see them. If they decide on a strike the Minister will resist it.
The Acting-Premier stated that the Cabinet had decided that if the police make a demonstration to secure redress of the alleged grievances, the Government would be compelled to regard the action as an unfair attempt to force a decision.
