FIRE NEAR GREYMOUTH.
AN HOTEL DESTROYED. • [by TELEGHAPH.—I'BESS association.] ' / !_' GREYMOUTH, Saturday. A fire at midnight totally destroyed the hotel at Mawheraiti,.,in the Grey Valley. The origin of the fire is unknown. The post office was in the hotel. The building, which was owned by Mr. Louis Pedrazzi, was insured for £400 in, the South British Office. The furniture was not insured.
