DEATH OF BARON IJUIN.
long DIPLOMATIC SERVICE.
TOKIO, April 28. Baron Ijuln, until recently Japanese foreign Minister, has died at the age of 63.
Baron Ijuin graduated from the Imperial University in 1890, and for the next 30 years filled various posts in the diplomatic service. He was successively stationed in London, Vienna, Pekin, and Rome.
