REVIVAL OF GERMANY.
LINER REACHES CHERBOURG A. and N.Z. LONDON. April 27. The Paris correspondent of the Morning Post states that for the first time since July, ISI4, a German liner called at Cherbourg. The steamship Stuttgart, from New York to Hamburg, landed eight passengers and nine mailbags.
