COALFIELDS IN THE RUHR.
ITALIANS TAKE CONTROL. Australian and N.Z. Cable • Association (Heed. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 27. The Daily Mail states that a party of Italian officials Fas arrived at Dortmund, and is taking over the administration of the coalfields in the northern part of the Ruhr. This action follows Signer Mussolini's expression of displeasure at the fact that Italy was not represented- on the interAllied . experts' committees. He eagerly accepted M. Poincare's invitation to take a share in the administration of the Ruhr.
