BOY FATALLY SHOT.
CHARGE IN THE THIGH. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] PALMERSTON NORTH, Wednesday. A shooting accident, attended with fatal, results, occurred at Pohangina on Monday morning. A lad named Davy left his place of employment with another boy on a shooting expedition, and had only proceeded a short distance when a gun in Davy's possession went off, the discharge penetrating his thigh and severing the main artery. The boy was removed to hospital, but succumbed this morning.
