FARMERS' DAIRY FINANCE.
THAMES VALLEY COMPANY. [BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT.] PAEROA, Wednesday. The annual meeting of the Thames Valley Dairy Finance Company was held in Paeroa this morning. Mr. Geo. Buchan (chairman) presided. The annual report and balance-sheet showed that the company had had another successful year. Advances amounting to £10.254 had been made to farmers during the year. A dividend of 9 per cent., plus a bonus of 3 per cent., was passed for on all subscribed capital, leaving a reserve fund of £755. The two retiring directors, Messrs. L. E. Cassrels and W. D. Nicholas, were reelected, and Mr. G. E. Allen was re- ; appointed auditor.
