OVERSEAS MAILS.
INCOMING. The Hauraki left Sydney at noon on Thursday for Auckland, where she is due to-morrow. She has 74 bags of Australian mail for this port. The Royal Mail steamer Niagara left Vancouver for Auckland on April 9. She has 300 bags of English and American mail and 109 bags of parcels for New Zealand. She is due at this port next Monday. The West Ivatan left San Francisco for Auckland on April 9 with 41 bags of Americaa ordinary mail and 390 bags of i parcels for New Zealand. She is due at Auckland about May 5 .OUTGOING. Outgoing mails for overseas ports close at Auckland as follow: — To-morrow. Specially-addressed mails for the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, per Hertford, from Wellington, at 5 p.m. Parcel mails for the united Kingdom go by this route. Mails due London about June 2. Thcesday. Fiji. Tonga, Apia, and Pago Paso, per Tofua, at 9 a.ru April 28. Cook Islands, Tahiti. Canada, North America, West Indies, United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, via San Francisco, to connect with steamer Tahiti at Wellington, at 5.30 p.m. Mails due at London about June 4. Mat 1. Rarotonga and Papeete, per Ngakuta, at 9 a.m. HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS. To-day, Easter Monday, will be observed as a close holiday. All mails will close at 4 a.m.. with the exception of that by the Main Trunk express, which will close at 5.30 p.m.. There will be no delivery by postmen today. Late fee letters for southern office* of New Zealand may be posted in the late tee letter-box at the entrance to the station platform, up to 7 p.m. W. J. GOW, Chief Postmaster.
