Vincent last evening:— Though the weather has remained fine lpcally, indications are for a general change to unsettled conditions, with rain at any time. Combined tropical.and Antarctic influences are likely to result shortly in heavy rain in northern districts, as conditions aro similar to those ruling earlier in the month, prior to the heavy rains in the north. Easterly to north-easterly winds, moderate to strong, prevailing and freshening. Seas rough on East Coast. Barometer, midnight— steady. RAINFALL RECORD.
