SOUTH CANTERBURY POWER
£105,000 LOAN SCHEME. [BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] TIMAKU. Tuesday. The South Canterbury Power Board decided, at a meeting to-day, to take a poll on a proposal to borrow £105,000 for the reticulation of the Geraldine and Temuka boroughs, and part of Geraldine County, the .proposed loan to cover the whole of the board's districts having been turned down.
