BURNEY AIR SCHEME.
ABANDONMENT DENIED.
EXAMINATION IN HAND.

Eeuter. LONDON, Mar. 19. In the House of Commons, the Prime Minister," Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, said that statements in the press to the effect that the Government had definitely abandoned the Burney airship scheme were baseless. < The scheme at present was being thoroughly examined. Asked if he would expedite the decision of the committee,' Mr. Mac Donald replied that the Government refused to accept responsibility for schemes of such enormous magnitude without a \ thoroughly sOund examination of their details.
