RACE TO KAWAU.
The New Zealand Power Boat Association wjll hold a cruising race to Kawau tomorrow, starting at 2.30 p.m. The course is from oft King's Wharf, direct to Mansion House Bay, keeping outside the sandspit light beacon off Devonport. and finishing between the launch Adelaide and a mark moored south. A dance will 'be held at Mansion House in the evening. In the event of the weather being unfavourable far the race to Kawau. the destination will be Rooky Bay. Following are the entries and handicaps Miss Alberta scratch, Tarua 19m, Valeka 87m, Cyrana 37m, K&thryn R. 43m, Buffalo Bill 45m, Edwina GOin, Grace Darling 75m. Aumoe 95m. Should the boats race to Rocky Bay, the handicaps will be halved. ; Mr.. E. Ti. Buchanan will act as starter. and Mr. C. H. Palmer as judge.

The Tautauga Yacht • and Power-boat Club continued the season's racing this afternoon. The results were: — First-class Yachts;—G. Mnltby's Matua, 1 B. Carter's Mavis. 2; C. Hartley';. Janet, 3. : Seeoad-class Yachts.—F. Simmonds' Lois, .1; lies and Moffat's Ngaio. '2; VV. Turner's Alice, 3. .Cutty Sark also started.
