WELLINGTON, Thursday. I No trainer is to accompany the All Blacks j team to England on their forthcoming tour, j according: to a decision reached by f the Management Committee of the New Zealand Kugby Union last evening, after con--sidering the application of Mr. T. W. Leslie, trainer of the All Blacks against the springboks in 3921. The New South Wales Union wrote confirming the itinerary of tho All Blacks in that State. t A discussion took place on the question of the selection of the team. It was decided to submit a resolution to the annual meeting, rescinding one passed at the 1922 annual meeting, providing for the representation of each island on the selection committee. This is proposed in order to give effect to the resolution passed at the special general meeting that there be, a sole selector for the All Blacks team. THE PAPAKURA CLUB. The annual meeting of the Papakura Football Club' was held in the Parish Hall on Wednesday evening, the president, the Rev. W. C. Wood, presiding. The balancesheet showed a credit balance of £'18. The following oncers were elected: —President, the Rev. W. C. Wood; secretary, Mr. S. Cummins; treasurer, Mr. W. Elliott; representatives to Manukau Union, the Rev. W. C. Wood and Mr. B. J. Climo; management committee, Messrs. Osbourn, Dickey, Slack and Climo. It was decided to start practice matches to-morrow.
