DANGER TO THE PUBLIC. LONDON. Mar. 1. Captain Drummond, who lost both legs at the war, was fined £100 for driving his car at 50 miles an hour in Putney. , His license was cancelled for two years. There were 50 previous convictions j against (him for excessive speed., and the police described him ; as a danger to the public.
