STATE COLLIERIES' SCHEME.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Monday. In connection with the proposals recently put before the State Coal Miners' Union ior working the whole or a section of the State mines on a cooperative basis, the under-Secretary for Mines, Mr. W. R. Kemball, will visit the West Coast this week. While . in Greymouth ho "will make inquiries from the union as to what it intends to do in the matter, and endeavour to secure a decision one way or the other.
